LightParticles unfold the aesthetic power of fugacious particles bubbling around your finger. Like real bubbles, the particles are influenced by gravity, simulated by the accelerometer. From time to time particles occur to be randomly colored. LightParticles follow the laws of noise and entropy. At higher animation speed LightParticles contract to a energetic ball yielding patterns of organic-looking noise. At lower speed the particles slowly diffuse in empty space following the law of entropy. Thus, LightParticles could be interpreted as a metaphor for many cosmic processes far out in space as well as down to earth. Maybe you discover more analogies in the real world. The fragile graphics of LightParticles are generated continuously in real-time, making them much more reactive and responsive compared to many video-based apps. Double-tap the screen for an additional menu which allows you to adjust the animation's vividness. Two additional switches determine whether the particles are colored spontaneously or are influenced by gravity.
